    1.1. Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmed booking constitutes a legally binding agreement between the guest and A&Y Apartments AG.<\/span><\/p>

    1.2. Reservation Modification: Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us promptly to request any changes to your reservation.<\/span><\/p>

    1.3. Reservation Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary depending on the property and the terms of the reservation. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined during the booking process.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Check-in and Check-out<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      2.1. Check-in Time: Check-in time is from 15:00 local time unless otherwise specified. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>

      2.2. Check-out Time: Check-out time is no later than 11:00 local time. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee and subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>

      2.3. Additional Charges: Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services may incur additional charges.<\/span><\/p>
